Updated planning framework for the Yeerongpilly Green development commences.
The State Planning Regulatory Provision (SPRP) 2016 for the Yeerongpilly Transit Oriented Development (TOD) has now commenced, following public consultation.
The SPRP is the planning framework for the Yeerongpilly Green development and will guide development in the area.
Yeerongpilly Green is a Queensland Government project managed through Economic Development Queensland.
The community had an opportunity to comment on some minor changes to the SPRP, which were necessary for the development to proceed.
Submissions closed on Monday 27 February 2017 and the final SPRP commenced 8 May 2017.
